If you are going to the Cool Tour this year, you are going to be able to catch this band tearing up the stage. For now, Liam, the vocalist, is going to tear up your questions!

PQ1 You guys have toured with some really great bands. Who was your favorite band to hit the road with and why?

Liam This one's tough because we've been lucky enough to tour with some serious bros in the last few years. I think it would be a toss up between Alexisonfire and Billy Talent. Both bands are some of our best friends and Canadian bros. They've both taken us all over the world and toured with us for months and months at a time. The best thing in the world was when we got to tour with both bands last march across Canada. It was the ultimate bro down tour of all time!

PQ1 On the same note, any bands you just can't stand to be around?

Liam We get along with everybody, maybe its because were friendly Canadians? But usually by the end of any tour we're tight bros with all the bands and can't wait to hang out again. Usually the only assholes we ever run into are in smaller local bands who have huge egos, drink everyones booze and talk a lot of shit. But surprisingly enough you never see those bands again, so you don't even have to worry.

PQ1 Has their ever been any really embarrassing moments that have happened on tour?

Liam I remember once a few years back we were playing a festival in Canada and we were playing right before MadBall. Our set was going awesome and about half way through I ripped the crotch out of my pants. As the show went on the hole just kept ripping more and more and by the end of our set I just had one leg left and I was just in my underwear.
All of the guys from MadBall were there watching our set and after wards I was standing there talking to Hoya and Freddie in a half pair of pants basically my underwear. I wasn't super embarrassed but I thought it was funny that I was talking to some of the toughest dudes in my little American Apparel briefs.

PQ1 What do you like to do between shows?

Liam For us its all about getting in the van and driving to the next show but we all like hanging out and listening to good jams together. Our van's a pretty big bro down. When we're between tours I've been trying to ride my motorcycle as much as I can. We're not home a lot and the season is short in Canada anyways, so I've been riding every day I can. It sucks when you leave for tour in the summer and know you won't be home until the winter. Fun for tour, bum out for riding.

PQ1 What do you do (or don't do) to keep your voice in top shape?

Liam I do vocal warm ups before every show and I find that helps. My biggest thing is to try and drink enough water everyday. If can drink about 2.5 litres of water a day I'm in good shape. I'm not sure what that would be in gallons? Sorry for my Canadian metric system :)

PQ1 What in the end, specifically got you signed?

Liam I think the biggest thing that a label is looking for is a band that's willing to work hard and takes care of their own shit. If your band tours on its own, has merch, some recordings, website, myspace, facebook and all that jazz it shows a label that you know what's up and they won't have to baby sit you. Cus in the end you and the label are business partners, so they should want to work with you as much as you want to work with them. They want someone that will work as hard as them and vice versa
